There is a new Direct Pay Program that hit the net a few months ago. It is called The
Independent Profit Center.
It is a very simple program that allows you to get paid directly on every sale
that you make. No qualifying sales, pass-up sales or anything like that is
needed. That means that once you join, all you have to do is make one sale and
you are pretty much at a break even point. The second sale puts you well into
profit.
For a few years, I have been successfully working what many are now calling
"Tier 1" programs. I prefer to call them "Direct Pay" programs because as the
promoter I get paid directly by the prospect for each sale I make even before
the company gets their share.
There are many examples of these "Tier 1" or "Direct Pay" programs online. A
few include EDC, PWF, CTC. While promoting these types of businesses I have
found that the number one reason that a prospect does not join the business is
the high up front cost of purchasing the product package. Most cost $1,000 or
more to join.
Another reason that many people decide not to join is the 1 up or 2 up
compensation structure that many Tier 1 or Direct Pay programs have. In these
types of pay structures a person has to give up all or a percentage of their
first one or two sales before they become qualified to get paid directly on each
of their sales. Most people just don’t like the fact that they have to give up
this income.
It was for these two reasons that I started looking online for a different
type of Direct Pay program. Specifically what I wanted was a program that met
the following criteria…
- An entry level that most could afford but that still allowed for good
profit. - A Decent line of digital products to promote.
- Direct pay compensation structure on sales made but with no qualification
criteria. (ie. no pass-up sales)
After a great deal of looking I came across a program called The
Independent Profit Center that met all three of the requirements that I was
looking for.
The IPC Program’s products included some software that would actually
benefit people in there marketing efforts online. The entry level was low enough
that most people could easily afford to purchase the products (which would make
IPC easy to promote) and the payments went directly to the person making the
sale with no qualifying requirements. So all a person would need to do was make
1 sale to pretty much break even.
After joining the The IPC Program I did find one thing that I felt was
not good but soon discovered I was wrong. In fact several of the people who have
purchased the The IPC Program’s package from me believe that what I
originally took as a negative to be the best part of the entire program.
Most programs, like those that I mentioned earlier, are set up ONLY with
replicated sites for you to promote. So every ad you run drives traffic to the
companies site (with the promoter’s id tagged to it), thereby building up the
programs reputation, alexa ranking, google rankings etc.
With that type of set up you are never building up your own business. Just
the companies business. Dan Miller founder of the IPC Program
recognized this and decided that everyone who joins the The IPC Program
should learn how to set up their own domain, their own hosting, and their own
website. Thereby branding themselves and building there own business.
That is why he gave everyone the option of either promoting the
replicated link OR they can host part of the site and drive traffic to
their own site thereby branding themselves in the process.
I soon found out that Dan was 100% correct.
The training videos walks everyone… step by step…. thru the
process of setting up their own site. And Dan made it very easy to understand
and even easier to do.
During my testing phase of promoting the IPC Program the number
one thing I heard from the people that purchased the program from me was how
much they learned from the training. Especially the set-up portion of the
training.
Dan also did a great job on the other parts of the training. Including the
best ways to promote the IPC Program.
After joining the IPC Program I decided to run a test for a few weeks
to see how easy the program really was to promote. During this time I chose
NOT to pay for any form of advertising and I also chose NOT to offer
it to anyone on any of my current lists.
Instead I decided to run a few ads on some free classified sites like
backpage and craigslist. What I discovered during this two week test was that
the IPC Program
was easy to promote. My first two sales came within 48 hours of placing the
initial ads which put me into profit.
During the rest of the test period I placed some new ads every few days to
see if the trend continued. While I did not make a sale every single day of the
test period I did produce enough sales to know how profitable the Independent
Profit Center would be when I decided to start the paid advertising
campaigns.
All in all The HBB

This isn’t meant to be a complete review of the Coastal VacationsBusiness Opportunity. It’s just meant to give you some key facts about Coastal Vacations and provide you with enough information to make an informed decision.
First of all, Coastal Vacations
is a solid company. Many of its members are making five and six figures incomes!
It’s a real opportunity based in the 7 trillion dollar travel industry!
The problem I have with Coastal Vacations are the described below:
They are not Internet based - this is travel product and you cannot try or test it out prior to purchasing it. You don’t want to spend your hard earned money and try to recruit others into a program that you cant touch feel or experience for yourself first it before purchase.
There is no CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT. THIS IS a Giant negative. (When clients have issues, and they will, they will call you to resolve their issues. One gentleman owns the company and makes no returned phone calls… phone just rings.
This is not a global product; your customer base is limited geographically wide.
BIGGEST FLAW - the Cruises and Packages are not what they say - lots of upgrades and contingencies associate with the packages. You can only go certain times a year and LOTS of blackout dates.
Just for the record: I know many people who are in my team now who have spent $17,000 with Coastal Vacations, and have never received a call or heard from their director and never made a dime. We know people who have been contacted by the state of FL because of legal concerns with the company. We know people who received call after call from angry people about their vacation package – THIS doesn’t look like a program I’d go with!

Cash Gifting Programs
Cash Gifting programs have been so controversial and heatedly debated. Those in the programs would want to show the world that they are so “legal” and forward-thinking. But, quite a sizeable number seem not to agree, or are just skeptical. Proponents of cash gifting programs are quick to point that the programs are nothing more than what happens in many cultures, citing South American, Jewish, and Asian cultures where communities often gift others to help them kick-start a business, stabilize in life, or even buy a home.
The gift recipient is expected to reciprocate the gift. A cash gifting program, then, is no more than people helping others out to enhance the quality of their lives in an organized fashion. And unlike a pyramid scheme where the person at the bottom is not allowed to the top, a gifting program recruits you as a member of a team where all of you toil together for the mutual benefit of all of you, involving no selling or solicitation.
How Did the Phenomenon of Gifting Programs Come about?
Cash Gifting programs have emanated from “work from home” careers where the stress is more on flexibility and financial freedom. Featured in most gifting programs ads is a man seated by the sea shore with a laptop, enjoying working from there. Almost all cash gifting programs share some beliefs including the principle of inalienable rights where recognition of the equality and natural rights of all humankind is the basis of freedom, justice, and peace in the world. That you’ve a right to do what you would like and in a manner you would like.
In a gifting program, the first gift you receive is “invitation,” and thus you become a personal invitee of whoever invited you once you accept participation. You could now opt to be active or passive as you wish. That fact is, the more you as a participant share the greater the returns on your side. Several cash gifting programs use a ‘gifting statement,” a legal document that indicates a gift is just that – a gift and hasn’t been given in anticipation of monetary gains on the side of the giver. In short, once you join a cash gifting program, you enter a private cycle of members that does exchange gifts. Whether most of these programs are legal or not remains the issue, but the choice is yours.
The bottom line is that listening to your heart is another important building block of cash gifting programs. So, you shouldn’t listen to those who pull you down; the nay-sayers! You can achieve whatever you wish – great wealth, great abundance – anything. Those in the35 to 55 age bracket are inclined to starting a business, as they’ve realized that being employed has many pitfalls.
How A Cash Gifting Program Works?
A cash gifting program needs to ensure the following aspects:
• Appropriate marketing system
• All-inclusive tracking system
• Detailed tutorials on marketing and advertising
• Proper back office to respond to the calls from all across the globe
• Well carved out following-up system that entails mailers, lead generation letters, and auto-responders.

Many people are now becoming aware of the undeniable rights that they have when they acquire automobiles from car dealers and manufacturers. For those who feel cheated in some way, when they discover that their vehicle has troubles that the car dealer is not dealing in spite of warranty, they can take turn to California Lemon Law to seek refuge. However, combing all the provisions of this law would take time and a brief tutorial ?that does not come without a price tag ?from a law practitioner.
If you are just one of the many people who would like to know the gist of this state legislation without going through all the many (and often irrelevant) contents, take the test below and see if you and your vehicle are qualified.
Have you purchased a vehicle under a warranty whose manufacturing defect you did not know of at that time of the purchase?
If you answer this question with yes, this does not mean that you automatically are eligible for indemnification or reimbursement. This is a preliminary question to make sure that the way that you bought the car is within the bounds of the law. It is difficult for those cars that are unlawfully acquired, like smuggled goods, a purchase with the absence of a warranty and car insurance, or which have multiple owners, to summon the tenets of the Lemon Law.
The warranty is important because vehicle acquisition in California must bear registration in local government unit; insurance papers that would cover the vehicle’s damages to itself, to property and to people during accidents; and warranty from the car dealer for a specific period of time.
Is your car leased or secondhand with a warranty?
This is set as a separate question because people make a mistake in not processing for a claim when their car was second hand or acquired through lease. Remember this; buying a used car does not free the car dealer from giving people quality vehicles.
Have you repeatedly demanded repairs to the car dealer, with the latter refusing to cave in?
You cannot just demand to process a claim when you did not give a chance for the car dealer to do its own part of the deal. If a warranty is in force or when the car still enjoys the benefits of the warranty, you can require the car dealers to make good their promises on this document. If they have refused to do so and in the process, your family life and the possibility of enjoying the comfort and convenience of using a personal car is compromised, it is the right time to take action.
Have you taken the car to a professional repair without the help of the car dealer despite of the latter’s knowledge?
Now, not only are your family and personal life risked but also your pocket, the Lemon Law can provide you a way in redeeming all the costs of repairs you have done on the car without the car dealer’s help. This is also another sign of outright negligence and disregard on the part of the company’s responsibility to customers, which can be a potent proof for strengthening your claim for reimbursement.
If you answered yes to most of the questions, it is time that you take California Lemon Law to your side and see it in action. You might not know it, but you are not only protecting yourself in the process, but the whole community too as you uncovers crooks in car dealership industry.

Can we really read the person’s mind? No but when you perform magic tricks, anything is possible so lets discuss some of them.
The first magic mind reading trick is called name of the dead. For this you will need a sheet of paper and three volunteers. You tear the paper into three pieces and tell two of the participants to write on each sheet the name of a person who is still alive. The third person will be instructed to write the name of someone who has already passed on.
Take note that when you cut the paper into three pieces, the top and bottom will have only one rough edge while the one in the center will have rough edges on both sides. To make people believe you can read their minds, all you have to do is give the center piece to the one who will write the name of the person who is already dead.
To make people believe that you can do this, you tell them to drop the three pieces of paper into a hat which is resting on the table or raised above your head. You then put your hand in the hat and simply feel the paper which has the rough edge and then take it out.
To build the suspense, put that piece of paper on your forehead to make them think you are sure about the sheet of paper you picked. You then give this paper to the one who wrote on the paper that has the rough edges.
The next mind reading trick is called famous names. For this, you will need to get 10 famous names from the audience and then write these down on a separate card. They are mixed and then you make a prediction of the name written on the card which will be checked by someone from the audience.
For this trick to work, you will need ten small cards or ten small sheets of paper. The 10 famous names should come from the audience so once they give out a name, write it down and then do the same for the rest.
What the audience does not know is that the first famous name written will also be written on the rest. You then put these into the hat and shake it. You now ask a volunteer from the audience to reach into the hat and give you the paper.
You put this on your head to create a dramatic effect and then say the name of the famous person aloud which will be confirmed by the volunteer. So no one will discover what you did, make sure to get rid of the slips.
The two minding reading tricks mentioned are really simple to do and anyone can do them. This just proves that magicians who perform this trick don’t really have the talent but rather pull a fast one to make people believe that they have this gift.
If you want to learn other mind reading tricks, do some research and then practice this a little then do it with a few friends. At the end of the trick, some people might really believe you have this gift which is funny especially if they knew how you were able to do it.

More and more people are occupied with so many things. Some are so busy into their work—thus—they have less or no more time for other things that they should be doing. While others simply cannot perform or attend to their duties to numerous reasons such as medical condition or lifestyle. For these people, having a personal assistant is a great help to maximize their time as well as their energy.
Process of hiring a personal assistant
Today, the demand for efficient personal assistants continues to increase because more and more people are busy with so many things. With this at hand, the employment for personal assistant has become a lucrative employment target.
If you have an extremely busy life, a time-consuming executive career or your own business, or if you are working in a large home taking care of handling daily operations that involves business or office, then it is a must that you hire a personal assistant. Since a personal assistant will have a great responsibility in your life and business, you cannot just hire somebody for the position. To effectively hire a personal assistant, you must:
1. Write down the description of the job that the personal assistant needs to do. This list should contain specific details of what you really need the personal assistant is for.
2. Advertise your need for the personal assistant depending on your requirements. You can do this by placing a small advertisement in the local newspaper. Make sure that you include your contact details so the applicant can reach you easily.
3. Choose at least the top five among the applicants based on their resumes and credentials. To save some time, make sure that you pick those that have previous experience in being a PA in your work setting. This can be very convenient because it will take you lesser time to train the PA, all you need to do is conduct an extensive briefing and that would be it. In some cases, it will also be wise to hire qualified college fresh graduate because you can benefit from their vigor.
4. Set the schedule for the interview. Scheduling an interview should take place in one single day. By doing this, you can readily compare each applicant and there’s a greater chance of hiring a new personal assistant when the interview sessions are over. If you are not in a hurry to hire one, you can conduct a two-part interview to properly screen the respective candidates. On the second interview, ask somebody—a friend or a co-worker—to come with you and conduct an observation. This can be beneficial for you because you can get a feedback from other people.
5. After you have chosen the best candidate, prepare an orientation. This is very important because he or she exactly would be briefed on how the office or the business works. During the orientation, be prepared to discuss the salary and other benefits he or she will be getting.
6. Set a trial period. This is a wise move when hiring a personal assistant because you will never really know if he or she is fit for the job unless the PA is doing the work. A three-moth period is suitable to know if the hired personal assistant is fit for the job requirements that you need or not.

A copywriting job can mean brisk business, especially for writers who have the skills and experience. However, that is only if the writer knows how to strategically price his copywriting services, something that can be very tricky, especially for beginners. Setting a rate for copywriting can be confusing, particularly because you don’t want to overcharge and turn away prospects or undercharge and not be paid what you deserve. Here are some of the most important things that you should consider when setting your copywriting rates:
Different copywriters charge different rates
This is due mainly to the type of skills you have, your writing expertise and experience. Beginner copywriters, for example, cannot charge the same rates as more experienced ones.
The key here is to prove that you can deliver. Even if you have the skills but don’t have the experience, it can take a while before you can charge a rate as high as those charged by a copywriter with more experience than you do. This, even if you will be writing on the same topic. A Web article, for example, may cost only $75 for a beginner copywriter while a more experienced copywriter may charge at least $120.
The type of writing and topic
The type of writing project and its topic will also affect copywriting rates. An article written on a general topic, for example, may be charged at a lower rate than a write-up about a project with a specialized topic. Article writing, newsletters, brochures, ads, ghostwriting a book, news stories, press releases, etc. ?require different types of research and styles of writing.
The type of research that has to go into writing will also influence the rates ?the more difficult, intricate and technical the writing needs to be, the higher its rate. Extras that add value to a copywriting service such as search engine optimization or writing using HTML can also allow a writer to charge more.
To give you an idea how much copywriters charge for their services, here are some ballpark figures you might find useful:
For articles that will appear on a website, copywriters charge anywhere from $100 to $400 per write-up. If you choose to charge by the hour, the range can be anywhere from a low of $50 to around $85. For Web content that will fill 10 pages, you might want to charge for about $1,000 to $1,500, depending on the type of content.
For press releases, copywriters often charge from $300 to around $600 while others may charge lower, starting at around $100 or $150.
For sales letters, freelance copywriters usually charge a whopping $1,000 to around $2,000 per letter. Some, such as those still building their portfolio, can charge from a low of $200 to around $500.
The number of wordS
Many copywriters charge per word while others prefer a set number of minimum words per write-up. These become the basis of their copywriting rates. For example, a copywriter may charge a lower rate for a 300-word write-up than he would for a 500-word article.
The frequency of the writing project
There are different copywriting rates set for one-time writing projects and for continuous assignments. Copywriters will generally charge a slightly lower copywriting rate for continuous projects than for one-time only articles.
After service
As part of their copywriting services, copywriters often allow one revision per article which is included in the set rate. Further revisions and additions are sometimes billed extra or based on a per hour rate. Copywriters may charge from about $30 to $70 an hour to make their revisions.
Self-marketing
Believe it or not, how much you can charge for your copywriting rates will also depend on how well you can sell your writing skills. If you’re unsure of what to charge and less confident about your writing, you’re likely to charge a rate that is less than what’s reasonable for your level of skills and experience. Know your skills and be confident so you will never have to charge an unreasonable rate.

Find one topic that you are interested in and do a search online. Chances are, you’ll find a teleseminar that offers that subject. Teleseminars are quite popular these days because they are not only very convenient to host and participate in, they are also relatively cheaper to produce than more traditional person-to-person seminars.
Now that you have your own teleseminar to promote, the very first concern you probably have is how to compete. When there are so many teleseminars tackling similar subjects out there, how do you effectively sell a teleseminar? Here are practical tips you can use:
Be prepared to outsell the competition
The key to successfully selling a teleseminar is making an impact on prospective attendees. For this, you have to make the proper preparations. Some of the most important considerations you need to keep in mind are:
Your subject matter
Choose your topic carefully. If you want to sell a teleseminar successfully, the topic must be relevant to the current needs of your target market. Find out what these needs are through research. Go to forums, check comment boxes or join online groups to find out what types of topics people want to learn about.
In-depth knowledge of your subject matter
Never host a teleseminar if you don’t know your subject completely. You can’t always bluff, you know. Besides, your attendees will be able to tell. Always research your subject thoroughly, cover all the necessary bases and make sure your information is up-to-date. Anticipate any questions that may be raised so you’re always prepared.
The contents of your teleseminar
To sell your teleseminar, you should be able to offer something different. Consider your subject matter right now and do a search online for teleseminars with similar content. You’ll probably see plenty of competition.
To stand out, make sure your lecture can give a different point of view or approach. People want something that is refreshing and if you can take the subject matter in a different direction effectively, then do so.
Your headline
The title of your teleseminar has a lot to do with how successfully you can sell it. It should intrigue, create curiosity and invite people to know more. Although it should be able to show people the topic you’re offering, it shouldn’t reveal everything. Be clear but leave enough mystery to make people want more.
Selling your teleseminar
Now that you’re ready to host a teleseminar, it’s time to sell. Here’s how:
Free or paid?
There are pros and cons to both, so choose the one that will help your purpose best. Just make sure that it’s a win-win situation for you and your attendees ?you get the benefit you’re after from the teleseminar and they learn something new and useful from it.
Use a website or at least, a web page
You need your own website or web page in order to sell your teleseminar and handle attendees’ inquiries, registration and payment. You can place ads on the homepage that your visitors can click on to learn more about your teleseminar. Use applications to automate the registration and payment processes for faster transactions.
Set your fees
If you opt for a paid teleseminar, you should be able to charge your attendees enough to cover for your expenses (and let you earn a profit) and still give them value for their money.
Promote it
To sell your teleseminar, expose it. If you have a network of contact, use that. If you have an e-mail list, send out invitations. Post ads online and on websites or blogs that have a high number of traffic coming from the market you’re trying to target. Each article you write on your website, blog or article directory should also include a link to your teleseminar web page.
Get as much exposure as you can, paying particular attention to the segment of the market you want to target.

Stuttering is a disorder not a disease. No one knows why it happens but it can be treated. Did you know that some of the most famous people in the world once stuttered? Yes it’s true and this happened years before the world ever head of them. But stuttering can also happen later on in life. The question now is how to overcome stuttering.
Since you are not a kid anymore, don’t expect your parents to be the ones to get you some help. This is something you are going to have to do yourself and you have to do whatever it takes to improve your speech abilities. You may need to get professional help which was not available years ago and try various techniques to find that right one that works.
The professional you should consult with it a speech language pathologist because he or she has the experience to deal with such a disorder. When you go looking for one, make sure he has a certificate from ASHA or American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and has passed the state licensure exam. Once he is able to assess your condition, only then will he be able to recommend the right treatment.
Someone once said that the greatest “fear is fear itself.?If you let your fear take control, you will not be able to achieve any progress with the various techniques given by the specialist. You just have to bite the bullet and remember that you are working to become a better person.
While you are still “a work in progress,?you should be able to keep your stutteringwithin manageable limits. If you have to talk slowly, go ahead because again, this is much better than repeating a letter or word several times which, others may find annoying. On times that the fear gets the better of you, think nothing of it and try to control it much better next time.
Action speaks louder than words and this is so true when you have a stuttering problem. If one form of therapy does not work, tell your doctor about it so something new can be attempted. Role play is quite effective in this case so you just have to practice some scenarios so you are comfortable with it when its time to face the real thing.
Patience is one virtue you really need to control your stuttering. This is because the problem will not go away overnight. The progress which you hope for can only be achieved by the amount of effort you put in. Your determination or motivation should not be to impress others but to improve who you are. Yes there will be setbacks but this should drive you to work harder.
If you have patience and have the determination to become a better person, you also have a feeling of self worth. This is because your stuttering problem has not controlled your life and you are taking steps to control it. stuttering may be your flaw but if you are able to show your other qualities, this will not really matter.
We are not perfect and all of us have our own deficiency of some sort. We can let others feel sorry for ourselves or we can make the best of what we have and put some humor into it because we should be able to be happy and enjoy the rest of our lives.
